Everything worth knowing,
before you arrive.
Answers to the questions we are asked most often — and to those we would rather answer before your arrival than after.
Your companions
are welcome here.
Few hotels in Le Touquet accept pets. We always have — with no limit on number, size or breed, and no restricted areas, including the breakfast room.
The supplement is €5 per pet per night. Mention it in your booking request so the reception can plan for it.
Private parking,
within the hotel grounds.
Parking in Le Touquet can sometimes prove difficult. Here it is free: twenty spaces within our private grounds (unsupervised), a few steps from your accommodation.
A dedicated area is set aside for motorcycles, in those same grounds. It is neither enclosed nor supervised, but it saves you leaving your machine on the public road.
Three charging points
Our three Qovoltis charging points use a Type 2 socket, the most common in Europe. They need no booking.
Charging is paid for directly at the point, without going through reception: scan the QR code and pay by bank card, use the Qovoltis app, or present your mobility operator's badge. Bring your own cable.
For the little ones,
just ask.
Travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available free of charge. Ask for them when you book: we set them up before you arrive.
Our accommodation ranges from studios for one to four people to the family apartment for six. Each has a kitchenette, which changes everything with children: a bottle to warm, a meal at the time that suits them, breakfast at their own pace.
We do not provide extra beds: the stated capacity of each unit is the one we can hold comfortably.
A few details,
before you book.
Accessibility
We have ground-floor accommodation, reachable without stairs. If you are travelling with someone with reduced mobility, a small child or heavy luggage, mention it with your request: we will reserve one for you, subject to availability.
Arrival and departure
Your accommodation is ready from 3.30pm, and we ask you to vacate it before 11am. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, so a late arrival is never a problem: whatever the hour, someone is there to welcome you.
